Yes Indeed and I guess I will go first.

(pa-fekuto-shi-rudo) Perfect Shield
Type: Attack
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description:While the user is in possesion of his sword he holds it with one of his hand and tranfers pure chakra in it and rotates it in a circular motion and a shield of pure chakra is formed which is capable enough of blocking all the elemental jutsu upto A rank(shield is broken completely)
and below (Shiel suffers a little damage but can take on one more attack)
~need to be taught by gitanshu~
~Can only be used 2 time~

Now as you can see it is a rather simple yet effective technique, so go on and ask any question if you have regarding it and I will answer them, It basically works by passing chakra into your blade and then swinging it to create a shield in front of you.

a few to make sure of the details. So the damage it takes is equal to 1 A rank elemental attack, can it defend from multiple lower rank ones in one use? Does it block S rank pure chakra attacks? Do you keep spinning the sword to maintain the shield? is it a flat disk or chakra or is it curved around the edges? Does the chakra have contact with the sword or is in floating in the air in front of you?

can it defend from multiple lower rank ones in one use?

~Yes it can, the damage it takes is worth equal to A rank and as I stated it will basically be able to take one more hit.

Do you keep spinning the sword to maintain the shield

~No doing once is sufficient.

Does it block S rank pure chakra attacks?

~ I was not aware about the weakness of pure chakra when I created this technique so I never considered that thing but yes it should be able to handle it.

Does the chakra have contact with the sword or is in floating in the air in front of you.

~It floats after you pull back your sword backwards after spinning it.

Is it a flat disk or chakra or is it curved around the edges

~ Flat Disk...

Ok thanks

I draw my sword and hold it in front of me horizontally while focusing chakra into it then spin it 360 once releasing the chakra into the air in front of the sword forming a perfectly round and flat disk of solid chakra. I then move the sword away from the chakra shield and make sure it's form is maintained.

cool now your turn, Senses of the Beast you basically increase your chakra flow to all 5 senses to enhance their performance drastically which in turn increases your reaction speed as well., try it out then we will test it when you're ready

Well, I have certain questions.

To what is the reaction time increased?, can I now keep up with my speed if I am at rock lee without weights level?

I pass my chakra throughout my body making it such that my senses of deduction start to become much more sensitive and I increase my basic 5 senses by a drastic level.

I would say so. and it makes it at least as sensitive as an Inuzaka bios, You should be fine keeping up with lee without weights speed imo.
