Okay here we go..
Now, we are going to begin with Shooting arrows which is a futon jutsu. I want you to mold your chakra in your stomach. Then using shape manipulation, make it into a bow as you exhale your futon chakra.
It doesn't end there, as you exhale the bow, use the remainder of your futon chakra and make it into a futon arrow. Shoot that arrow into the sky, and it shall multiply when you want it to.

I begin by gathering up a considerable amount of Fuuton chakra within my gut and work it up into my mouth before exhaling it into my hands. As the wind is being exhaled into my hands I mold its shape into a nice sized bow that barely has weight to it. Once the bow is created I simply spew out more Fuuton so that I can create a condensed arrow within the bow. I want you to gather your futon chakra and focus it in your fist. Then bumping both fist together, create a ball of wind around your fist that you will then shoot at my clone. It should explode on impact creating a hurricane like feeling of wind.

Now I want you to gather an enormous amount of Raiton chakra and mold it. While you do so, I want you to think about a billion leaves just floating around.
When you are done with that, I want you to make the Rat and Tiger handseals and convert your raiton chakra into electricity. I want you to then exert that electricity from your body and using shape manipulation, make that enormous amount of electricity into a billion leaves.
After doing so, manipulate the leaves to paralyze my clone and shread him up.

With my imagination flaring and my chakra built up, I suddenly weave in the two hand seals followed by releasing my chakra from all points of my body in the form of electricity. As the electricity leaves my body I mold it to create the countless leaves I visualized, but when they're created I use them to swarm your clone, both paralyzing him and cutting him up as the leaves vreatecreate a vortex around him...
Question:
Does this count as a full body surge? Meaning I can break A-rank and below Genjutsu when using this?

I then want you to attack my clones burning them to nothing.
