Description: This technique gets initiated by the user crossing his hands above him. This prompts many air currents to gather around him, creating an hurricane surrounding his entire body. While clad in this "armor", users destructive power is boosted, allowing him to go into melee to perform wind-enhanced blows capable of shattering rock. With the hurricane preventing user to meet any wind resistance during movement and giving extra momentum speed is also increased and so is defense, with the currents moving around him being strong enough to repel enemies and prevent them from nearing him but the user is weak to fire in this state.
-Can be used once
-Lasts 4 turns
-Taijutsu increase +5
-Speed level equals a taijutsu specialist
-C rank and below ninjutsu/taijutsu have no effect
Alright, for this technique you cross your hands above your head in an x formation and focus wind chakra on the tip of your fingers spinning before making it bigger while moving it down your hands, your arms and eventually your whole body as you become cloaked in a suit of hurricane.
Once you've learned this, you will simply do the formation of your hands and air currents will gather around your body to form this armor. Try it.

Well I don't believe in performing technique as doing so does not help in battle and is just a copy paste of what you tell me and therefor all that I do is copying so I believe in explaining techniques better and doing the same when I learn then so for now I will ask you some question regarding it but if you want me to perform it I will do it without a problem as you are the sensei for now. ^_^

-As this Armour surrounds are complete body am I immune to appropriate rank lightning while this is active?
-Can I perform hand seal while this is active.
-Well the description says opponent can't come near us so does it mean that while this is active I am somewhat immune to normal taijutsu user's right.
-Lastly, I can use all 5 element's when this is active right?

No offence but i don't care what you believe in, however i will tell you that by describing how your perform the techniques you do increase your understanding of it aswell as improve how you describe things which is crucial to this RP while using your creative mind. You wouldn't learn this technique from me if you just copy/paste and anyone can read the description of the technique but not many understand how its done when it comes down to it due to no good descriptive training in performing these.
For this technique, you're immune to A rank and below lightning and yes you can perform handseals while in this armor as it involves simple manipulation of the armor not having hands that is not worth mentioning. You can use all elements besides Fire since it would take out the wind armor and deal damage on you if you try using it. Also, C rank and below Ninjutsu/Taijutsu are ineffective. That's the description which says "strong enough to repel enemies and prevent them from nearing him."
As you can see i didn't add needed details in my description but rather left it in the notes for the reader to see and that's just the way i like it.
Now please perform this technique in a descriptive manner.

I start by bringing both my hand clost to each other while keeping them at chest height, I then make them rise above my head and while doing so I make an X pattern by combining both my hands and then by concentrating on wind chakra and using my mastery over that element I start to transfer that chakra into the the tip of my fingers and make that chakra expand from that point onward in an spinning method and during this process my entire body get's covered with my Wind chakra that being from head to toe, I them become by surrounding gust of wind which resembles a hurricane.
After continuous practice and using my determination I gain a complete mastery over this technique and instead making my chakra expand I use the nearby air current's to surround me.
