I channel alot of lightning chakra through my fist which I then release in a punch that sends it forward, using shape manipulation the lightning forms into a hawk with wings that heads towards a boulder that destroys it(on a human it would blow back and numb I know).
Advantage: Easy to use, no handseals
Disadvantage: It just blows back and numbs the area it hit, it doesn't like pierce through or something which sucks.-_-
