Its then shot at the opponent, moving at very high speeds for it's size.
Once it hits it'll crush bones, stone etc, though an added advantage is that it's made of a sticky material so will capture opponents and subdue them so they can't move or escape..

I begin by gathering up a large amount of water chakra within my gut which I then expel from my mouth. As I release it I convert it into a slightly more viscous and sticky substance, that I mould into a large shark. It now flies through the air with great speed, smashing itself against a trees to destroy it... and spread the sticky water all around the impact area.
What size area can be covered in the sticky water from the shark?
Now, infuse your lightning chakra into the surrounding nerves, muscles, tendons and ligaments and use the lightning to emit pulses to control their movement like they where normal... it may hurt a bit... works best if you are paralysed from a poison or something.
Shark is about that size... so covers about all of short range and some mid..

After getting my shoulder dislocated I activate the jutsu and focus raiton into the ligaments, tendons, nerves and muscles in that are so that I can send signals to that area and forcefully move my shoulder.
Note: can this be used to move if I'm paralyzed by nagashi, killing intent, temporary paralysis etc.??

Description: By converting the users lightning chakra into electricity and infusing their bodies with small amounts of it, they are able to overcome paralysis or crippling injuries by forcibly moving themselves through commanding their own nerves and muscles with impulses caused by chakra. Dislocated limbs and numbing poisons mean nothing to someone who has mastered this allowing them to fight until their bodies are over damaged.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta,
- Can not be used if the users chakra network is blocked,
- No wind jutsu while this jutsu is active,
- Can be maintained for three turn successively,
- Can be used two times per match with one turn gap in between each use.
