Alright lets get started.
Fuuton: Handan no Rixyuutsume(Wind Release: Dragons Claw of Judgement)
Type: Attack
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user will perform the dragon hand seal then release their wind chakra into the air and form it into 3 swords the user will then shoot them up into the sky to the point were they are not visible, the user will then gather wind chakra onto the three sword to form Claw made of 3-Blades, the user will then direct the claw towards the opponent hitting the opponent causing devastating damage and making a 3' crater appear.
Note: Can only be taught by Rohasu
Alright perform the dragon hand seal and release a good amount of wind chakra into the air infront of you, now with shape manipulation make the wind chakra into 3 swords, direct them high in the air to the point you can no longer see them, again now add even more chakra onto the swords and form them to make a dragons claw made of the 3 swords. Next i want you to direct the claw down wards and hit my clone and cause it severe damage and making a 3' crater appear under and around my clone...
creates a bug style clone and backs away... give it a try!

I gather wind chakra in my body and channel it in my hands. I perform the dragon hand seal to mold my chakra in a way that is only suited for this technique. After doing so, i release the chakra in the air and shape the winds into three swords. I use my chakra to navigate it to travel high up in the air, so high that my opponent or i cannot see it anymore. When it is high enough, i use more chakra and change the shape of the blades to claws. I have it rain down your clone, one hitting the head, one hitting you, and one hitting me. This forms creators in the terrain as well.
"Sorry, i have really bad aim X_X"
Advantages: The user cannot see the blades anymore, so it would be hard to detect where and when it will come. And you can use it an infinite amount of time~ :3
Disadvantages: It has a small chance of hitting you, if your opponent is able to draw you in where he is and both of you would be hit. or maybe if you are up against a space time user, you might get hit if they teleport you to where it will hit.
