Description: This jutsu uses the Ox handseal. When your opponent attacks you, you disappear in a cloud of fire. When you poof away, your opponent gets burnt while they are in that cloud of fire that you created.

Don't mind the grammar and such, the technique's are from 2009... Alright then, it's quite simple; perform the Ox handseal while concentrating on your fire chakra, let it surge trough your whole body and eventually, make yourself disappear in a cloud of fire. And please, also tell me the advantages and disadvantages of the technique. (Remember that the part of your opponent getting burnt only counts if you are in his/her short ranged area)

Yeah, and along with it, you get no restrictions xD

To begin, I perform the Ox hand seal, whilst amassing a portion of my chakra which I then convert to Fire chakra through heating it up. Once done, I channel my Fire chakra throughout my entire body. Eventually, I allow my body to disappear into an amorphous cloud of fire, which affects those in my close vicinity. I then reappear 10 meters behind where I was originally.

Advantages - No usage limit. Can be used to avoid techniques, getting out of the way, I assume. How long would it take for me to reappear? I can reappear in any location, I assume?

Disadvantages - The burning thing only works if they're in short-range. And, well, I guess, the burn wouldn't be that effective, probably 2nd degree burns at max, and excruciating pain.

I think it takes a second, it's almost instantanious. And yes, you can re-appear whenever you want. Any other questions?

Description:The user simply forms the mundane Dragon hand seal, putting his hands together, outstretched at chest level, his arms pointing at whichever direction he pinpoints this technique towards. Essentially, in the desired direction of the user, the user will manipulate the air currents in that location, controlling the air to spiral in whatever manner he/she desires, forming a vortex of wind, by manipulating the currents, whose size can range from the size of a limb, accentuating to the size of a slightly overlarge human. It's most primary function, is to use it in conjunction with other elemental techniques. Due to this technique stemming from the manipulation of air currents, the user can, immediately after using an elemental technique, almost in quick succession use this, manipulating the air currents around the technique to spiral and spin, causing the technique sent to be given a spiraling motion, which further accentuates its strength and impact. This technique can be used in conjunction with any Fire, Water, Mud-based Earth Techniques, and even Wind techniques, though not Lightning, of whatever rank. The spiraling motion added to the technique would amplify its impact, increasing its damage by a rank(essentially, +20). In that manner, this technique works in a similar fashion to Wave of Inspiration, being capable of using it right after the previous technique, almost successively. When combined with this technique, the spiraling motion of any technique would cause it to move faster.

Notes:
~ Can only be used 3x per battle
~ Works on techniques up to A rank.



Right, essentially, you're manipulating the air currents around something, forming a vortex around it, increasing its power. It happens extremely quickly, so bear that in mind. You could use it to boost your techniques up a rank just before colliding with another technique, allowing it to steamroll it easily. Could use it in a multitude of ways with many techniques, so it is up to you, I guess o-o

Just give me the advantages and disadvantages, some combinations etc. C:

The exact moment you finished with the instructions, I quickly start by performing the dragon handseal and create air currents in front of me, controlling the air to spiral motion which will be from the left, to the right, clockwise round the clock - forming a vortex of wind by manipulating the currents whose size is slightly larger than a human.

Right afterwards, I quickly release a water bullet, and once again use the technique to give it more strength and make it much faster than before and spin the vortex into such a manner that it heads towards whatever into a motion like a thrown ball, which almost is near untrackable.

Lel, combo's are yeah, with some water ish, mud, sand, would be awesome to blind le opponent. I could let the vortex spin slightly in an outwards manner that it splashes some water back and forth while flying towards my opponent, same goes for mud and sand by the way.

Tell me some of your combinations, I'd love to hear them, since they're your customs.

Oh, almost forgot. Disadvantages and advantages. Could get negated by a higher ranked lightning technique, could also get neutralized by the same equal wind rank, unless it's combined, I have allot of disadvantages and advantages, tell me if you want to know some more, I'm a lazy ass right now and got the flue x_x

I think it is safer to use Deceitful Vortex to boost a technique after you've performed it, and not before. It adds the element of surprise, especially when it is a direct confrontation of techniques meant to cancel each other out, say A vs A. You add this before they collide, and it'll easily power through, at the same rank, and the good thing is, at a much closer range, it'd be harder to avoid, and it speeds up too.

My technique descriptions states that boosting other techniques are its main purpose, but it could be used in other ways, I guess. For one, I think Prof mentioned something about using it around the opponent, forming a vortex encompassing his/her body. There would be some cutting effects and also a dizzying effect, I guess. Would block their view, and I reckon you could maintain this technique, but whatever <_>

I guess you could also form it around yourself, for example, if you used Gatsuuga, it'd speed you up and grant you more power. But this was mainly directed towards Inuzukas, though using this logic, it should be possible to form it around say, one of your limbs, manipulating the vortex in such a way it does not cut into your arm, but adds cutting power in your punches. o-o
