My CJs I'm giving you:
(Doton/Suiton: Boukun Rokujou) – Earth/Water Release: Tyrannical Aggravation
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Defensive/Offensive

Description: The user will release their doton chakra into the ground to cause two colossal armoured prehistoric crocodile-like creatures composed entirely of earth (and coated in adhesive mud) to surface beneath or around their position, each being the same size as the A-Rank Stone Golem. The user will then focus their suiton chakra into each of the creatures to cause the humanoid crocodiles to secrete a dense layer of adhesive water (Similar to Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field) from every point on their gargantuan bodies, causing the already present layer of adhesive mud to fuse with the sticky water to make for a very dense, viscous and adhesive mixture. As a result the crocodiles become capable of traversing through even the densest and stickiest of mediums e.g. Swamp of the Underworld. This makes them extremely proficient in swimming through similar liquids, with their maneuverability being heightened the denser the medium they are traveling through. On land, these creatures are extremely sluggish, in water or when they are submerged with solid ground, they match the speed of an average aquatic creature, in adhesive mud and liquid metals, their speed is unsurpassed, partly because they aren't hampered by the sheer viscousity of such mediums. The composition of the adhesive water/mud-like layer grants it properties of being both extremely viscous and an unparalleled level of stickiness. The viscosity of the mixture makes it so that weapons or physical objects can only partially pass through it until they run out of momentum, making Taijutsu and Kenjutsu which involve physical interaction ineffective against these creatures, as the user's body/weapon will cling to them, preventing further maneuverability. This also translates to kunai, swords and other projectiles become trapped inside the mixture. Its stickiness also grants it the effect of being able to congeal semi-solid elements together such as: Sand, Gold sand and Iron sand. Rendering them ineffective as they can no longer reform and reshape, a property they depend on in combat. This interaction is similar to the 2nd Mizukage's oily water breaking down Gaara's sand, but on a much higher level, making it capable of affecting all sand-based elements. One final property granted by the adhesive water/mud-like layer is that the creatures become extremely resistant to burning and heat based elements (due to infusion of water), protecting the hard, rocky interior of the large beasts. Alternatively, these crocodiles can be used whilst the user is submerged in a swamp or they can be spewed directly from the user's mouth, meaning the user doesn't have to be in contact with the ground to use this technique. The crocodiles also possess extremely long jaws capable of biting down with crushing force and spiked tails which can be used for physical attacks. In terms of defensive capabilities, each crocodile can neutralize up to: S-Rank Fire, S-Rank Water, A-Rank Wind, B-Rank Lightning and B-Rank Earth. However, in neutralizing these jutsu, they will be destroyed in the process.

(Raition: Kumo's Onjou) - Lighting Release: Spider's Affection
Type: Offensive
Rank: B Rank
Range: Short-Mid

Description: The user performs 3 hand seals, sending his raition chakra below and around an enemy. Soon after this step has been completed, several lighting strings/ropes will burst out of the ground, latching itself onto the enemy (Wrists, Leg and neck), quickly pulling him down to the ground. If the user doesn't want to use this method, the user can use these lighting "ropes" as "spikes" instead. Making several spikes burst out of the ground under/around the enemy. Possibly killing him if not avoided in time. If the ropes/spikes of electricity makes contact with the enemy, the enemy's body will be paralyze for one full turn.

-Can only be taught by -Venom-
-Can only be used once every two turns.
-Lighting ropes can be used to wrap around something else, other than the enemy's body.




(Futon/Suiton: Houfuku) - Wind/Water Style: Retribution
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: S rank
Range: Short - Long Range
Chakra: 40

Description: The user will first release a small amount of wind chakra in front of him in the form of a small circular wall, with diameter twice the size of him, and the same height as him. The wind will spin around in front of him for a couple of seconds. The user will then quickly gather his suiton chakra within his stomach and quickly spit it all out through the wind wall in front of him. The sudden burst of water will go through the wind with relatively ease, due to both being created of the same chakra source and it won’t have any resistance. The bullet of water will then continue to spin as it approaches its enemy. The main purpose of the wind previously made was to remain there so that the user can release his water chakra in a quick burst (the water bullet, not stream) and the wind would act as a second layer for the water bullet, giving it more strength. The water/wind combination will then spin much faster, resembling a miniature twister heading towards it destination with brute force and accuracy.

Notes:
-Can only be use thrice
-Counts as 2/3 of the user's move per turn.
-Cannot use A rank and above wind or water the next turn
-No other Wind/Water Combination jutsu the same turn this has successfully been used
-No other elemental combination the same turn this has been used
-Must have Water and Wind mastered to use

Description: The user spits out a portion of water that is acid. When the acid contacts skin, the skin just sizzles and disappears. Just leaving the opponent's raw flesh.

Description: The user does the Tiger hand seal. When your opponent attacks you, you disappear into 10 birds flying and chirping away.

So yea basically you channel your earth chakra then release it through the ground to create two crocodiles like entity the size of the A rank golem canon technique (You can also spew out a big glob of earthly like substance which will form into the crocodile in seconds). After the crocodile has been form, you channel your water chakra into it to make a sticky adhesive liquid come out from every part of the earth crocodile. Making their body into a ‘mud’ like creature that can travel through the ground or thick af swamp at a really fast rate. Like a shark under water. Unfortunately due to their size and their body they are not really fast on normal land. They move slighter slower than a normal ninja. They have a long tail and powerful jaws that can easily snap bones. Each crocodile can tank S rank fire & water. A rank wind, B rank lightning and B rank earth. So they can protect you from jutsu of these ranks, which will make them ‘die’ immediately after. They can tank jutsus below the rank listed above and still survive. Another part of the technique I love is that normal taijutsu/kenjutsu won’t really work on them. For example; dynamic entry will simply make the enemy’s leg stuck in the body of the crocodile cause remember the crocodile are basically a walking mud blob with shape xD

It's simple, a fire protection thing. It surrounds you completely and doesn't leave any spot open except for the ground from underneath you and a kind of open roof. You can let it surround you completely while being airborne, use it wisely and it's easy to use. Surrounds you in a blink of an eye, and neither do you have to release it from your mouth nor palm, leg or something. Just like that, boom. In the middle of nowhere.

Don't mind the grammar and such, the technique's are from 2009... Alright then, it's quite simple; you just perform the Ox handseal while concentrating on your fire chakra, let it surge trough your whole body and eventually, make yourself disappear in a cloud of fire. You should use it while being attacked by a OP lightning technique since it'll simply go straight trough you and won't harm you whatsoever, you should use this when your opponent his vision is blocked since if you get attacked by a wind jutsu, then you will simply get blown away, and die. If you get attacked by an water attack, you will obviously die too. You can travel trough the complete battle area but the speed of the cloud is as fast as an regular shinobi so the naked eye can track it, and with this, you can also travel trough a fire technique. You actually change into a cloud of fire. Your opponent can see the cloud of fire from short to short, but it will be hard to see the cloud from short to mid since the cloud is as big as an Skippy ball. Unnoticeable if your long ranged from your opponent, except for sensors, sharingan and byakugan wielders. And oh yeah, you float. Don't think that it's your body, but then in a fire thingy, you're literally a cloud but in a size of... a Skippy ball o-o

@Acid water; For the first one, remember that the acid, well, is lethal. If you have any increasing water technique, then the only thing that becomes bigger, and larger is the water. However, the acid is within' the whole water. Doesn't matter whether it's a tsunami, or a small water ball or rain drops. As soon as the opponent touches it, he'll get damage, badly. (Normal terms of acid, flesh burns, sulphated flesh, wouldn't be a problem of apprehension since you're a medical student... or, were... am I right?)

Easy one. It's faster than the B-ranked one, which means that it covers the opponent faster and with much more ease. The moment it has covered your opponent completely, the outer layer of the water shall turn into ice, making it a thick layer of ice which is harder to break out from than normally. Make sure to use this when you have some combination in mind because most of the people get out with the S-Ranked hardening technique, so whilst your opponent is busy getting out than you should already have a lightning technique up your sleeve that'll finish him off, or use this while your opponent is in a gen, I'm sure that you'll use this good. o-o

This might look like a simple jutsu, but it’s quite strong if used correctly. Perform 3 hand seals and with the final hand seal, a certain amount of lighting spikes/ropes will burst out from the ground underneath your opponent. You get to choose if you want spikes to come out so that you can go for a much easier kill. Or make ropes come forth to grip on to the body of an opponent. Can’t use both the ropes and spikes at once though, remember that. Doesn’t matter which one you pick (ropes or spikes) as soon as it makes contact with an enemy, the enemy’s body will be paralyze.

Water wall, in front of you, anything that comes in contact with it turns into ice. You can also use it to create the water wall from underneath, the front above, to the right or the left of your opponent turning your opponent into ice the exact moment he/she get's into contact with it. Easy. Understood?!

When your opponent is inside, the wind will blow them around, causing them to hit things. Each time they hit something, you get more chakra. This jutsu is like a chakra monster.

This is a real monster. Once caught within', there's simply no way back. It shapes around your opponent into an blink of an eye and the technique can expand into Long range, capable of trapping hundred people within', but the more you focus on the technique, the more exhausted you'll become. Once your opponent is trapped from within, he'll start getting bounced back an forth from within the dome because of the pressure and the currents that whirl him all around like a leaf, getting a hold on yourself when within is hard, if your opponent tries to perform handseals, and focuses especially on the handseals, then he'll get allot of bruises since's he's getting blown into every angle of the dome whilst his chakra get's sucked out of him and eventually sent into you. (Every turn your opponent is stuck in the dome, you'll receive +30 chakra)

It's a nice technique to use when your opponent is almost dead, finishing him off with this would get at your advantage since you're simply sucking all of his remaining chakra out, into you. It would be good if you'd use this while in a desert, or while your opponent is almost getting sucked into swamp of the underworld etc. Take advantage of your surroundings, it'll be handier for you.

The description says it all. Uhm, slight note is that the speed of the birds are as fast as regular birds, so the naked eye can keep up with them. The 10 birds are like organs, if one get's hit by a kunai or anything then you're done for.. xD

So in short. All you need to do is release your wind chakra from your mouth, to create a ‘wind wall’ in front of you. It’s like a portal, cannot be seen unless you got a doujutsu. Then gather water chakra in your gullet and spit out a regular water bullet, but when it goes through the wind wall it gets coated in the wind. The water bullet will increase in speed and be much stronger. I have a gif image of it and how fast the technique is, look at it:
