Begin by channeling your katon chakra into your feet and charge it. Then start running briefly towards this dummy and perform a triple front flip while releasing some of the charged flames. On the third flip you release all the built up flames from your feet thus releasing a large fire ball at the dummy.

As i stand there watching the dummy, i begin to channel my fire chakara to my feet. Then, quickly i take off in the direction of the dummy. As i am a bit close to him, i quickly jump forward in the air, doing a triple flip, simultaneously releasing the fire from my feet. At the end of the 3rd flip, i thrust both feet towards the dummy to release a fire ball directly to him. xd

(Katon:Fenikkusu Hasu no Hana) - Fire Releasehoenix Lotus Flower

Description: After performing the Dragon → Bird → Tiger hand seals, the user will mold their fire chakra and release it into the ground by slamming their hands down; causing a lotus flower made out of flames, to encase the opponent. The opponent will sustain 2nd degree burns from the intense flames. Once the oppoenent has been trapped, the user will perform the Rat hand seal and then slams their hands onto the ground, releasing their fire chakra, causing the lotus flower to burst open (bloom) releasing a phoenix that launches the opponent into the sky and then explodes.

The user will then manipulate the shape of the lightning ring into 20 arrows. After that, the user will then stretch their left arm 75 degrees with their right hand pulling back as if were a bow into the sky in the direction of the target. Once that has been done, the user will then begin strumming their left arm, causing the ring of lightning to release the 20 lightning arrows upwards towards the opponent. The arrows will then rain down onto the opponent,causing small electric explosions.

With my opponent Mid range away, I quickly perform the required hand seals and slam my hand on the ground, sending my fire chakra directly underneath my opponent. As I do this, a lotus flower burst from directly underneath the enemy. With an additional hand seal, I slam my hand on the ground again to cause the flower to bloom and shoot the enemy into the air, with a fire phoenix following. As the fire phoenix hits the enemy, a big fiery explosion happens.(Katon:Fenikkusu Hasu no Hana) - Fire Release

I then manipulate the ring to turn into 20 arrows and pull back my arm at a certain angle, as if am holding a bow.
