Okay so we shall start with the sunction.The concept is easy- using the oncoming chakra as yours. The secret is that you start molding the chakra of the jutsu in the momment it touches your arms and you are using that chakra to power your own lightning jutsu.You know the principle how you mold lightning chakra so it should be easy.
*shoots weak lightning bolts at you*

As the lighting bolt is release from damon. I quickly string up the necessary hand seals and extend my arm out to the bolt. As it hits my arm, i use my very own chakara to over power damon's chakara, and release the lighting back at him as my very own lighting jutsu.

Good.You got the main idea you can practice it with you clones.
I now allow you to use that jutsu as you have learned it.
Now for the Doton Avatar
So the secret behind the jutsu is molding earth chakra.Backside is you have to keep your contact with the earth.You put your hands on the ground and start to mold earth chakra until the golem form you want is created in the same ways you form stone spikes.How many closed eyes you have depends how many eyes the golem will have-1 or 2.You can make more than one golem but I already explained the main principle of it to you via PM so I expect you to know the basic

*I place my hand on the ground to channel my chakara through it, as i take my other hand and place it over one of my eye. Then, a rock and stone humanoid rise from the ground, with one eye at the center of his head. Through the eye, i could also see.*

Note you don't need to cover your eyes.You just close them and you will be able to see through the golem/s
You need both hands on the ground and if you cover your eyes that won't be possible.
