Alright listen to these instructions.
Gather wind chakra in your hands, them raise your arms above your head and move them to the sides, as you do that, release and scatter the wind chakra you built up into feathers which you then use mold to compress them and shoot it.
[Focus>Release>Mold/Compress>Shoot]

*I start gathering and focusing my fuuton chakra and once I have gathered and focused enough chakra I begin channeling the previously gathered and focused fuuton chakra into my hands.Once I'm done with that I raise my hands above my head and move them to the sides.As I'm moving my arms I release the previously channeled fuuton chakra from my hands into the air where I compress it into feathers of wind wich I then launch at you.*

Makes two fists of wind chakra which i scatter above my head with handmotion while launching it in a large spiraling stream while making a 360 turn to counter yours. The techniques collide.
