Description : The user is able to disperse his body into the wind, making the user one with the wind. The user can decide where he wants to reform back to his original state. Can be used to avoid incoming attacks.

The capability to convert your body into wind itself, however, you may not attack while in this form. You are still capable of receiving damage from fire consuming the winds you turn yourself into, or any attack that may be able to eradicate you in that intangible state of yours. Of course, they would have to be able to locate the wind particles you are, which require a dojutsu. Though, if they could pull off a fire technique the moment you turn yourself into wind, you are pretty much screwed. Takes time to reform back into your original self, but no longer than a few brief moments. Just imagine your body recreating itself at a smooth, quick pace. The reason the, 'takes time to reform' is there to avoid people being able to reform their entire body in one shot, in an instant. Understood?

Description: After Performing the dragon, handseal the user takes in a deep breath, as they bring about the ideals of most wind exhaling jutsu into play. And as they inhale a large amount of air into there lungs thus concentrating his/her fuuton chakra into the inhaled air and the lungs the user will quickly form the dragon handseal and releases a roar made out of wind and direct it at the opponent in a "V" pattern making it extremely difficult to avoid, due to the growing range of the attack. It will take a swirling wind/vortex form with small wind blades in it rotating at high speed, cutting anything that comes close to it. It can cut deep into the opponents, flesh and even through steel. It can also be used on multiple opponents.

Can you explain this jutsu in your words, basically how you see this from your own perspective, inner workings and such.
Look at the gif, thought keep in mind that this technique expands along the way torwards your target as it is fired in a "V" pattern. So your target HAS to counter it, due to the immense range.

Well, to me, its a technique that requires you to perform a single handseal, whereafter, channeling wind chakra in your throat and mouth, you take a deep breathe and exhale, releasing a V-expanding vortex of wind out of your mouth. Wind blades travel within the vortex of wind, shredding anyone that gets caught within the vortex. It is limited to three usages per battle. That's pretty much what I know about it.
You wrote, 'perform the Dragon handseal' twice...Does that mean we perform the same handseal twice? Also, up to what height will it grow into? It is just slightly taller than the user itself? Can I move my head around to manipulate the vortex's direction, or can I do that without even moving my head?

1. My bad, it only needs one handseal (so you only need to perform it once)
2. Well it expands along the way, so I'd say it's prolly twice as big as the user (at mid-range), well in diameter at least. And double that at long range, it's capable of expanding.
3. And no, you can't. It is fired in a straight line.
