Hallo. ^^ So this technique is pretty simple: Send wind chakra into an area with the size, strength and length of the wind streams in mind and summon wind there that travels upwards. Once it is summoned you can't change it's properties but you can get rid of it whenever you want. There are plenty of uses but just try to lift that boulder over there 50 ft in the air.

This technique is capable of hovering a giant summoning animal above the ground but cannot lift it very high.
~Can only be used three times per battle.
~Cannot be used for offensive purposes.

*Utilizing my fuuton chakra, I summon a current of wind beneath a nearby boulder, lifting the massive earthen structure fifty feet into the air. I then create a clone and instruct him to stand beneath the suspended boulder, before snapping my fingers to signify the end of the technique. The resulting effect is the boulder crashing down on top of my clone, breaking all the bones in his body before he disperses into a puff of smoke.*

Description: The user after channeling their raiton chakra throughout every chakra point in their body and performing the handseal sequence of Dragon → Serpent → Tiger, throws both of their arms upwards to release the chakra as a vertical cylindrical column of lightning which surrounds their body and travels up towards the sky. The column encases the user's body as its released and can be altered to have up to a radius of five meters around the user. If the opponent comes into contact with the column, they are suddenly thrown upwards and overloaded with a dangerous amount of raiton chakra, leaving their body paralyzed for two turns. The raiton chakra released via this method is oppositely charged to that of natural lightning, allowing this technique to be used to discharge storm clouds and hence prevent any lightning strikes. As a result, this technique is exceedingly useful in negating the conditions required for Kirin.

Never realized that glaring weakness, let's hope no one else does. Quick, delete your post! xD
But yeah, you'd be screwed. If that's your only question, you've learnt the technique.
Honestly to avoid it, use this jutsu either in Short Range or Long Range (from your opponent). Short range ensures this attack lands on them (especially useful for Taijutsu since its like a more potent Nagashi) or Long range so Gushing Water Imprisonment and similar techniques won't be able to reach you.
