Ok, so in order to learn the jutsu you must be able to harness raiton while performing taijutsu
(Raiton: gojou buza ) Lightning Style: Joy buzzer
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60(+15 if used with jyuuken or taijutsu)
Description: The user focuses their raiton chakra to create a static field surrounding their hands. The static field is really shocking and if the user puts his hands near each other (palms facing each other) raw lightning crackles between them. When the user hits a body part, it leaves a nasty burn and can cause that body part to be numb for a little bit since its raw electricity that enters they body upon contact.
Note:This jutsu lasts for 1 turn
note: due to static field, the user cant use any raiton jutsus involving handseals while its activated
note: can only be taught by Roger23
note: the static field is visible and can give the user away
note: can only be used 2 times
note: user cant use any raiton tech past A-rank for 2 turns after the jutsu has worn off
Ok so to this technicue, i want you to gather ration in your hands. Make sure the raition is convereted in a static field (you can check by bringing your hands close because you will see lightning crackling between them) , Then i want you to perform any taijutsu attack to my clone involving your hands (for obvious reasons) to my clone.

I begin by opening my chakra points throughout my body i focus the chakra flow to my hands there i let it build up and condense as it is sufficient bring my hands together and a static field shows I then approach your clone and do a simple punch to his guts using my right hand then I punch you using my left hand in your back then you puff and i realize that you are a clone >_>
good enough, remember though that whatever you hit with this will end up numb for a bit and leave a nasty burn. Thats if you hit them anywhere, imagine if you hit an organ with it?
