The jutsu is first a awesome jutsu. U_U It has great destructive power beyond a normal jutsu. It can cover a long range and my favorite part of the jutsu is I can control where the hawks can go. which gives so many great tactic planning and mobility towards the jutsu.

Tell me the pros and cons of this jutsu to.
I focus my raiton chakra as well as my suiton chakra and mold the two chakra natures together to create storm chakra. I release the storm chakra forward and begin to mold the shape of it, I separate the chakra into 3 and shape manipulate each chakra to form into a hawk with good size. I now control the hawks and send each of them flying towards the clone destroying it.
Pros
-You can control where the hawks are going
-3 hawks makes it harder to invade if aimed accurately
-Very powerful indeed the hawks have considerable size as well
cons
- Can not use storm next turn
- Water and Lightning are restricted to B rank next turn
- Must have concentration towards the hawks or else they will disperse
