As Tobirama is sitting by a small lake leaning against a tree, sleeping calmly with his katana lying beside him. The wind is slowly filtering through his hair gently touching his cheek, while the leaves are being carried away and the sound of the water around him calms his soul.

*Noticing Tobirama, Kakuzu approaches the man and says a few words.*

As Tobirama is still leaning on the tree sleeping with his arms crossed, he suddenly wakes up hearing the voice of Kakuzu, and while still sitting down he just slowly opens his eyes while gazing upon the lake.
"Not really an honour.... but I was expecting you a while ago.."

Tobirama slowly looks up at Kakuzu for a moment before gazing back onto the calm lake, while still having his arms crossed.
"You see this lake.... I want you to stand on top of this lake while releasing your chakra into it, thus manipulating it so when anything else touches it, it will blast up and pretty much destroy that thing or person"

*Channeling my chakra into the below water source, I cause the lake before me to become an effective death trap for anyone to come into contact with. After creating a clone and sending him towards the lake, it erupts violently sending him high into the air and leaving him vulnerable to further attacks.*

"hm... could be better... let me show you..."
As Tobirama finishes speaking, he creates a clone beside himself whereas he will release a massive amount of chakra into the lake, then as his own clone walks on top of the water, the water will blast out in a massive surge of water which immediately entangles the clone and begins to drag him deep into the lake while squeezing the air out of the clone making it suffocate and also due to the pressure deep in the lake from the gravity the clone will literally be crushed.
"As you can see it can be used in many different ways, only the imagination is your limit..."

"Well the technique is called Mori Hando 'Helping Hands', I got the idea while I was sparing with my big brother.... well just remember to use your imagination or else this technique would not help you that much...."

Description: The user will perform the Tiger – Ox hand sequence, whereas the user will pour their chakra into an existing water source which contains at least 3 cubic meters, and by doing so the user will perform the tiger hand seal and the water will when coming into contact with an object or person explode outwards with a surge of water. This surge of water will blast out and entangle, strangle, crush and drown the person.

- Can be used twice per battle
- Can only be taught by Gutsy Jiraiya

Will do Nidiame. One question though, if the opponent is already in contact with the water source, does it instantly explode and have its effect ?

"It only reacts to movement... thus it will explode as soon as he moves just a single millimeter... so basically unavoidable if you are already on the water and you do not know it has happened.........."
Tobirama then gets up and walks out on top of the lake and turns to face you.
"Alright now I want you to use your water chakra to create small spheres of water that is 1 meter in diameter, just strong enough to hold a person on top of them.... then I want you to create another and move around like that, when you have accustomed to it I want you to come out on the water and use the technique against me and i shall counter"

Though once the shinobi pushes off of the sphere, the amount of resistance the sphere has to put up with is too big and thus they collapse. The spheres are 1x1 in diameter and only 20 centimeters thick, just strong enough to hold a shinobi on top of it. The spheres stay on the field until a shinobi has been standing on top of them. And due to the shinobi being capable of controlling the spheres at will, it allows one to climb up tall edifices or across gaps with tremendous ease or escaping from the ground.
