Ok the basic of this jutsu is too surprise the opponent. Read over the jutsu. Talk about how it would confuse the opponent into thinking its a normal short-range punch and then the lightning mid-range fist surprises them.

Alright, it would surprise your opponent because they would expext a normal punch, but would end up with a fist of raiton in their face. Since the jutsu doesent require handseals it can be performed quickly. Finally, the bright light from the raiton could also blind your opponent for a brief second.
Ok, gather your lightning chakra around your fist and punch towards your opponent. Right behind your fist an exact copy, which is as large as the average body, made up of complete bright lightning should be fired at the target.

-Ok, I gather raiton chakra into my fist, and punch towards a random tree. As I punch, an exact copy of my fist also punches the tree. Once the fist hits it, the raiton jutsu immediately destroys the tree.-
