With the hurricane preventing user to meet any wind resistance during movement and giving extra momentum speed is also increased and so is defense, with the currents moving around him being strong enough to repel enemies and prevent them from nearing him but the user is weak to fire in this state.

Taijutsu specialist ? Meaning Leg Weights On or Off ?

If you've mastered taijutsu then your bio becomes a taijutsu specialist and in turn gets the speed boost that comes with it meaning you'll be 2 ranks faster then your current rank. If you use this technique. You'll be as fast as someone who's mastered taijutsu even if you don't got any taijutsu training. If you're already a taijutsu specialist then this will just add to your speed further. You can go look the speed chart in the bio rule section to learn more about it, makes sense?

Description: The user gathers water into there mouth.After doing so the user forms there lips as If they are about to kiss someone leaving a small hole available for the water to go through then the user spits out the gathered water ( Just like you spit out water when you laugh) releasing the water from there mouth the user then in conjunction using shape manipulation to turn the water into to sharp water hypodermic needles. It has the same affect as a shotgun spreading the water everywhere.Once released from the users mouth the user cant control it, If the enemy gets hits by the needles they act as bullets and go straight through the body coming out the other side , Piercing vital organs on the way in.

But On a serious note when peforming it short range you can do that ^... But Mid Range your going to need to build up pressure so that it comes out more forcfully and reaches its target
