(Katon: Ningenno Haino Bakuhatsu) - Fire Style: Exploding human ash technique

Description: The user gathers Fire chakra in his lungs and spits out a great amount of ash around the opponent which then are manipulated into the shape of that of a human body which will jump and gag up on the opponent as the user exhales a small fireball towards the human-shaped ash. As soon as the ash comes in contact with the fire it explodes along with burning the opponent.
Note: Can create upto 5 human-shaped ash.
Note: Can only be used 4 times per Battle.
This jutsu is basically you spitting out ash and then manipulating them into the shape of that of a human body, the so called human shaped ash will gag up on the opponent while you release a small fireball which will lead to an explosion once the ash comes in contact with the fire. Its not such hard technique, personally i think i could fit this in your memory by just plain explanation but i shall not take that type of risk, So what i want you to do is first preform the technique and list an advantage and disadvantage. If you can't find any then i shall enlighten you. Also do not hesitate in asking any question.

Your method of training, similar to mine o-o
My future senpai when I become sensei. (don't quote me)
I gather my chakra around my entire body and circulate it while heating it up to an intense heat. After heating it up, this turn the chakra into katon chakra. I focus and thin it out, I take a deep breathe and exhale a large amount of ash towards the area short range. I then shape manipulate it to form a shape of a human body. I send the human shaped ash towards the dummy and then I spew a fireball towards it and cause a explosion.
Advantage is its great to out number the opponent and distract them.
Disadvantage it can only travel short-mid range.
