Description: The user puts their hands together as if they were praying but is actually releasing large amounts of water chakra into the water molecules in the air so that now all fire attacks lose -15, sand is reduced to mud, lightning used becomes instantly conducted and all water or elements containing water gain +15
Note: can only be taught by Axle
Note: lasts 5 turns
Note: can only be used once per battle
Note: after this technique is done the user can't user any A-rank and above water jutsus for 3 turns
Note: can be used as a water source
As you put your hands together, focus and expand your water chakra into the water molecules in the air making them more dense and able now to be used as a water source. This also changes the terrain in your favor....as long as you don't use fire, lightning or sand...

With this, the user has the ability to churn large whirlpools in the ocean and can even deflect other Water-based ninjutsu. The user can only control up to B-rank Suiton techniques.
Basically, after forming two handseals you have the ability to manipulate water sources or techniques by rejecting them or pulling them towards yourself. You can also use this to manipulate say the ocean that was already in play to form tidal waves or whirlpools. Any questions?

This one is dope as hell. I like it. Only question is, does size play a roll? It says it can make whirlpools out of the ocean so I assume size doesn't matter, just has to be B-Rank. Other then that, no questions, we may proceed.

Can I use this with a spear?
It says I can shoot water, does it mean water jutsus or just a wave/splash of it?
And if just a splash how much water can I release?
