Description: The user punch forward and release a blast of lightning. While the blast of lightning travels towards the opponent, the user performs the Horse hand seal, and the lightning splits up in two, and then comes back together, letting it avoid any incoming jutsu that would block it. This, however is a double edged blade as it requires impeccable timing so that the user does not get hit by the attack that was sent out to block it in the first place.
Note: Can only be taught by Wesobi
Note: The user can either split the lightning in the turn used or in his next turn, if the lightning has not hit the opponent yet or if he has enough time to split it
Note: Can only be used twice
Note: Each individual bolt of lightning is A-rank, and the moment at which they once again combine forms the technique's S-rank power.
Note: Can not use above S-rank in the same turn, nor can the user use lightning in the same turn or the next.
Alright, focus your lightning chakra and focus it in your fist. Punch your fist forward, and release the lightning so that a blast of lightning (somewhere in between a spherical object and an actual lightning bolt) is formed. it will race at the me if done properly. I will then create a wind technique to counter it, and you should do the horse hand seal before they collide, and when it passes, you the two blasts come back together. I suggest you only do this with a clone or a summoning capable of defending against the wind by your side for obvious reasons

*I focus my chakra on my right fist and mold its nature into lighting. As i make a punching movement with my right fist, i apply more chakra and release it, creating a lightning projectile that races against you. As the projectile approaches you, i notice you are making a wind blast to defend against it so i immediately make the horse hand seal and the lightning divides into two, encircling the wind and joining back together as they hit you. As the wind is now coming towards me and having the hands already in the horse hand seal, i simply repeat the horse hand seal and exhale a wall of flames that consumes your wind defense*
