Description: The user will hold up their arm channeling raiton chakra into it. As they do they will release it into a ball above their head. Then swing their hand their hand downwards the ball of lightning will launch down on the users target with great speed expanding on impact creating a large blast.

The technique is pretty straight forward, so give it a shot.

I begin by building and gathering my raiton chakra. Channeling it upwards into my arm. I project my raiton chakra outwards from my right arm which is now upheld high. The Raiton chakra forms into lightning, and through shape manipulation is crafted into a large electric ball. With a swing of my hand I send the large ball of lightning raging down on the area infront of me, the electric ball carving deep into the land as it explodes in an electrical discharge.
