Description: The user makes a large dome surrounding him and the opponent, creating a coliseum of sorts. The only way out of the dome is to use certain S-rank and above lightning. The dome cancels out all light, leaving it completely dark inside it.

Yes, this is the miracle of creating jutsus back in the old days! I sometimes go back and look at the older jutsus approved and am dumbfounded at times myself.

To create the dome, you channel chakra into the earth, as much as you can muster up depending on how big you would like the dome. It is possible to create it up to mid range, but as you can only use it once, it's not in your best option to do so. After channeling the chakra into the dome, you then mold that chakra to cause the perimeter of the battlefield to rise in a very thick circle, encasing both you and your foe. Since the jutsu doesn't exactly state how thick the earth is, since it can only be destroyed by S-rank jutsu (despite elemental weaknesses ), one can assume the earth is very thick, perhaps a few meters wide. I'd go as far to say between 5-10 meters thick. As the earth is rising quickly, it blocks all incoming light and as such, makes it pitch black dark on the inside of it. I originally made this jutsu for a Nara bio I wanted, as the dome is being formed, it makes it tremendously easier to catch the foe with the massive shadows shown. The walls continue to rise and meet each other at the top, which is as high as the average coliseum. Though, that might be a bit too high in our RP, so a safe estimate to say might be between 25-30 meters.

Afterwards, I start releasing the chakra into the ground and start manipulating it in order for a very thick earthen dome to encase the mid range perimeter around us. As the massive earthen structure starts appearing from the ground, it starts creating huge shadows on the field, until it finally encloses at the top, completely shutting every single sun ray, down. With the huge Colosseum-like structure around us and our vision completely disabled, I, knowing your last location, two meters next to me, appear slowly behind you and grab your butt.

Lol, this is a killer move. I could follow up with the majestic fire annihilation to make an oven and escape into the ground. Just an idea.

As you grab my butt, i reach back and grab your wrist while falling forward quickly, pulling you down with me. I then merge into the earth and raise up several meters away, face first, outside the dome as you hit the earth with great speed.

A great combo would be to use a jutsu that restricts them from using the earth element then use this. It makes it near impossible for them to escape with space/time or using a S-rank lightning jutsu, and by doing that, it limits their chance of blocking whatever you sent towards them. Also, as the jutsu says, only certain S-rank jutsus would do enough damage to break through completely. Some would make a hole in the wall, but without the right amount of force and speed behind it, they will still have to climb out, which will damn near be suicide in this rp lol. Kirin would be able to break through but while this is in use, Kirin can't be used since no one can send their lightning chakra into the sky.

Now, an interesting thing about the speed is that it says with speeds like bullets. As anyone can tell you, that is very fast, traveling great distances in short time.

I could probably use them to prevent the opponent from making the earth spikes and similar techniques. Since they spin around me at great speed they would technically make using earth techniques to directly attack me, not as projectiles, impossible.
