So, as you can see here *points at the illustration of some, rather complicated, chakra chart* basics are pretty much the same only this time you use wind chakra instead. Of course, it's a tad bit harder since air is quite, so to say, 'rare' when compared to earth so a good chakra control is necessary to gather it up and form into desired tangible object.
*Focuses large amount of water chakra into the scroll causing it to rot at accelerated rate and then I vigorously rub my hands together and clap after few brief moments* (lol. just got an idea for CE - rot release )
Tobirama: Let's get on with it! Now, be a good lad and do this hand-seal.
*Shows you a ram hand-seal and then watches you do it*
Tobirama: Good job - although it was quite expected from a sensei to know how to perform ram Now do it while channeling wind natured chakra and apply same techniques in forming the object like forming it with Earth Style Technique.

*Forms the ram hand seal again and releases wind chakra throughout my body and into the air. Now by using my wind chakra I manipulate the wind to form somewhat of a cylinder, which basically looks like a stick, which I then poke you with.*

Tobirama: Not bad! (insert meme) Close enough! (insert meme) You're still a bit rough around the edges, but given time you will do just fine. Now, my turn! *I do an evil chuckle and form a giant baseball bat with which I whack you across your head*
(btw. you learned both basic and greater wind style as they only differ in the amount of chakra used)

The technique shouldn't be a big problem for a great suiton user as yourself. However start by forming a hemi-sphere with your hands, and move them to either of your side and stretch your arms abit backwards. So you will basically stand in the Kamehameha stance O^O Now comes the part where you will be needed to summon the water out of nothingness. For a normal suiton user it would be harder, however for the Nidaime it should be a piece of cake! So simply by using your water chakra marterlize a huge amount of water behind you, and then send forward your hands as if you were shooting a Kamehameha O___O When doing so I want you to now manipulate the entire portion of water you have created and send it as a tidel wave towards your opponents. Obviously you manipulate it to go around you, much like if you were splitting a wave and it continued around you.

*As I start concentrating my eyes start glowing blue because I'm obviously quite awesome. Then I take the stance and force enormous amount of chakra through my hands. Then I Materialize needed amount of water (something like - half of the world's ocean?) and send it towards you while being careful that tidal wave cascades, bends and whatnot, around me.*
Tobirama: Let's see you using wind style technique under pressure! (it probably couldn't help you evade giant tidal wave, but still - let's say it can xd)
