Okay. Preform le jutsu, and while your at it, state reasons why I am awesome.
First off i want you to focus a large amount of raiton chakra in your palm, compressing it, and then follow up by materializing the raiton chakra into a orb of lightning that you will then compress further, the orb of raiton producing a large amount of light energy, pulsating and radiating a bright indefinite glow. Then simply wave your palm upwards slightly sending the orb into the sky. You can control where the orb floats at any time.

*I focus a large amount of raiton chakra in my palm and begin to compress it as your instruct me to, I then follow up by materializing the chakra I've been concentrating and by using shape manipulation I shape it into an orb upon its materialization. I then compress it further so that it's producing a large amount of light energy as it glows a bright yellow-ish colour which is blinding, I then wave my palm upwards slightly which causes in the upwards flotation of the orb.
