Description: User channels Wind chakra in his/her hands. He then claps and separates his/her hands from each other creating a long cloak that could easily cover users body (10 feet by 10 feet). The clock is a mesh of strong tight wind bonds which are not harmful to the user whose chakra is used. He can then use this cloak to protect him from other jutsus by wrapping it around him or the jutsu. This cloak is super effective against lightning style technique which are A-Rank or below, It can tear the lightning into molecular level, which means the wind mesh of the cloak will destroy the lightening leaving no trace but it disappears after it is used once.
Note:
♦ Can defend the user from A-Rank or below Lightning jutsus; such as: waves, thunder or bolts etc.
♦ Can be destroyed by B-Rank Fire Jutsu.
♦ Will disappear after used once.
♦ Lasts for 2 turns without use.
♦ Can only be used 2 times per battle.
♦ Can only be taught by -Blizzard-

Blizzard heads towards the location which his young fellow villager had asked him to be. Apparently he was going to teach this young fellow his art of cloak, one of the rarest jutsu that exist around the ninja world. He arrives a bit late, sees his student already waiting and set ready. Addressing the student; "So, you wish to learn the wind cloak jutsu, hmm.. How did you learn about it anyways?"

My interest for the wind element forced me to take a peak inside your secret scroll in hopes of finding a favorable wind technique as you laid drunk in the tavern. I indeed succeeded in finding one, and so I've decided to ask you about it.

The concept is simple, its weaving elemental chakra threads and compressing them into a cloak. But you have to do all of that using chakra manipulation and not manually. Slam your hand together, release and make it leak chakra from your palms, as it leaks down creating the cloak make your hand spread away forming the wind cloak."

After hearing the explanation, I slam my hands together whilst focusing my wind chakra. I then release the wind chakra out of my hands and allow it to spread out as I simultaneously spread both my hands open, widening the chakra. I then shape manipulate the chakra into a cloak that covers the entirety of my body for protection.

I then release the wind chakra out of my hands and allow it to spread out as I simultaneously spread both my hands open, widening the chakra. I then shape manipulate the chakra into a cloak that covers the entirety of my body for protection.

"Great, now could you tell me the advantages and disadvantages of this jutsu? If possible point out where I messed up in writing this jutsu?"

Well obviously one of the advantages is that it protects your body from not only jutsu but close range encounters. People are usually seen relying on lightning from time to time in close quarters so this would be a nice defense, though the clapping of hands would reduce the time I have to defend from a short range lightning technique, possibly. One of the biggest disadvantages I noticed is that it is dispersed after it protects you from lightning techniques of A rank and below. I mean, technically speaking because wind is strong against lightning, an A ranked lightning technique would simply weaken it, wouldn't it? This reduces the advantage the wind element has over lightning. That is the only thing I could possible suggest to having changed in the description. Oh well also it would have been nice to have the option to create the cloak around myself without the hand gestures before hand.

Another thing that I would have loved to see was the option to create some cutting damage should the opponent be in contact with the cloak, possibly some shredding or repulsion capabilities.
