[Suggestion] Cj? Hand them over!

The title is pretty bad ass.

Ok.. Here is the suggestion.... Personally we have alot of CJ/CE out there thats just ... THERE.. With the members innactive.
But thats not the problem, When a Innactive member comes back or even on fb or msn and grant somebody permission to HAVE THE RIGHTS to their customs (Specifics can be clarified whenever) and not able to do that and the CE/CJ (S rank and above) is just sat there and dead..

So my suggestion:

Allow Each person to be allowed to give up their Customs if their leaving ONCE. Meaning , if they leave and come back then they are SOL (S*it Outta Luck)

No. The rules won't change just because people want customs from inactive members. And we won't take inactive member's customs of CE's and give them to people just like that.

Only thing a member (or group of members) can do and is free to do is to give a custom or an element to the RP. It has happened to Sound and Rain but also happened with NB Taijutsu, NB Genjutsu and even recently some of the toad summons that The Pervy Sage left to the RP.

But, doing so comes with a price: what you give is then accessible to everyone in the rp and you lose your ownership over it. Its not something you can undo just like that.

And, in this case, the person in question needs to contact a mod directly and propose the gift to the RP. It will never be something that we accept via facebook, skype, msn or anything of the sort. NB is NB... So NB things are to be conducted in NB. If the person wants to give a CE or CJ to someone and says so over Facebook or MSN then the person can also log in and do so through NB like its supposed to be done.
