Hatred isn't gonna be broken or removed for the beginning. "Hatred Cycle" in NV refers to the one emanating from war, revenge, not forgiving etc in a broad scope, not any hate such as "wtf? u eat my ramen and don't give me money? i hate u"

Wrong. The cycle* of hatred can be broken but can't be removed. Love-Hatred-War-Peace that's how human history has been from the start. One generation achieves peace through many sacrifices,correcting the mistakes of their ancestors,burrying hatred within,etc. and couple generation after it is taken as granted and the cycle continues. It happens in reality,it has happened in naruto,and will continue to happen. Though,that won't be shown,otherwise there would be no end to it,pretty much like our reality.
