Appearance: As twin brothers, both Cidd and Daru have near identical features to each other. The twins are relatively short, standing at around 5'6 with a generally pale complexion to them. Both have vivid brown colored eyes and relatively soft facial features otherwise. They have long, dusty-grey hair tied back into an unkempt ponytail with black and red strands of material. Both wear a black eyepatch over their right eye, however it is merely cosmetic for Daru, who uses it as a means of subterfuge during missions. Choice of attire remains relatively simple, with a blueish-grey shirt, loosely worn. Over the top is a grey vest with a large brown belt that could almost be mistaken as a corset. The pair wear tight black pants with brown boots that come up to the thighs. One thing to set them apart is Cidd bears a large scar across his right chest that he claims is from a bear (animal subject to change).

Personality: Contrasted against each other, Cidd and Daru have very similar personality traits. They are both strict and serious about life without showcasing much emotion, speaking matter-of-factly and to the point. Their efficiency in missions shows in their actions, looking to fight rather quickly without much exertion. The pair are both regarded as followers to whoever it is they serve, being likened to a faithful dog. Between the two, Cidd acts as the main body, much to Daru's dismay, who verbally exerts jealousy at the fact. Because of this, Daru is more likely to act out of character with quips of mockery and banter.

Nindo: Yellow Flash
Having the Yellow Flash Nindo means analyzing and strategizing are important to you. There is much to gain in planning your assault instead of rushing in senselessly. Having this Nindo means that after observing your opponent utilize their Core Skills ( HA/AE/KG/CC ) more than 4 times, the user becomes capable of beating these techniques with 10 less damage needed, having observed their weaknesses.

History: Little is known about the twins and their abilities. They were both born in the Land of Wind with the innate ability to merge with each other on a cellular level and with the ability to move exceptionally fast with the swift release. At one time, Cidd was scarred by a bear (animal subject to change) during a mission, and bears the mark as a sign of his victory. Supposedly, the pair are mercenary shinobi, willing to aid anyone who will hire them.

Speed Force:
By coursing additional lightning through themselves, the user essentially turbo charges his Lightning Release jutsu. This causes them to vibrate at high speeds and once per turn, can phase through jutsu of lower chakra with no adverse effects. This does not bypass sealing or absorption abilities, however.

Hyper Fang:
The user’s taijutsu strikes have a 5% chance of causing a target to flinch should more than 80% of the original damage lands. This causes targets to have a 10% chance of only being able to use 2 Jutsu per turn. This excludes Critical and other damage modifiers. This does not apply to elemental Taijutsu or Nintaijutsu. Lasts up to 2 turns and is capable of stacking up to two times, preventing a jutsu per turn each. Cannot be triggered in a way that the opponent cannot use any jutsu that turn.

Drunken Master:
The drunken master eludes most enemies and his feigns and tricks fools the smartest of warriors. Despite his actual speed not increasing, the user stumbles and falls in his normal movements, leading to unpredictable attacks. This unpredictability leads to his basic Taijutsu attacks gaining Critical status, turning all of his non elemental or enhanced Taijutsu into Critical Attacks that deal 1.5x the damage. Enhanced Taijutsu refers to Taijutsu augmented by any Ninjutsu or Nintaijutsu such as CES, EIG, Lightning Armor, etc and not purely Taijutsu.

Apex Tracking Specialist:
With more heightened senses, the user is capable of gaining a now increased x2.5 tracking. This allows him to physically track faster movement without chakra sensory.
Note: Requires at least 5 in DEX.

Apex Speed Resistance:
You are able to slow opponents within a specific range, exerting a force that slows targets naturally. This causes a 2 Base Speed level decrease to opponents that are within 8 meters of him.
Note: Requires at least 5 in AGL.

Mind’s Keen Eye
Genjutsu of any type, other than MS-level or those cast by Kunino, appear 'flawed.' This means that regardless of the caster's expertise or perfection, there will be some kind of tell within the illusion that is very obvious; such as a visual illusion appearing like static on a television, a smell being off, or a sound not making sense.

Merged Medicine:
The users will become able to heal damage and regenerate health/chakra at double the normal rate when merged.
