Sasuke hears the wave coming. He and his clone turns around, Sasuke forms three handseals a spews out a fireball which spreads into a fireball on the ground which spreads into a wall of fire so to speak . Forcing you to get off your wave of water, as sasuke watches the wall of flames clash with your water wave, his clone forms lightning in his hands and uses it as a whip in which he aims at you which would electrocute you and cause to to fall to the ground.

While riding the wave Suigetsu see's sasuke emitting a fireball onto the ground which transforms into a blazing storm. Knowing water>fire, he carriers on with the wave but jumps of causing the two jutsu's to collide, creating a large amount of water vapor to be left in the air creating a mist.
As the lightning whip comes towards suigetsu, he releases a stream of wind that takes shape as a twister, which clashes with your lighting whip. He then creates a pool of water underneath you that gushes up sending you into the sky, while you in the air several bullets of water shoot up from the pool. The bullets then fuse together creating one massive dragon that comes crashing down onto you.

Causing you react or be struck by the lightning bolt from the air making you unable to preform your next series of justu. Then sasuke preforms 10 hand seals and creates a chidori. He rushes at you with increased speed thanks to the curse mark and thrusts the chidori into your chest. Causing severe internal wounds. While the lightning clone follows closely behind sasuke, trying to keep up.
