. Ichigo enters the battlefield with his arms crossed. He suddenly causes a thick ground level cloud to be formed covering the area forcing Sasuke to lose his ability to breath easily. Ichigo then holds out his arm and generates a bow sideways which he draws and fires an arrow with lightning and katon chakra granting it the ability to heatseak Sasuke no matter which way he goes. The bow travels through the cloud and strikes Sasuke in the chest after completing an arc to the left.

Description: Usable by most members of the Hidden Cloud village, this technique creates a very thick group of ground-level clouds that covers the battlefield. The clouds are many times thicker than mist from the Hidden Mist counterpart jutsu and thus makes it harder to see and even more difficult to breathe in the clouds. Cloud ninja have no trouble breathing as they reside at such high altitudes that they have grown used to the atmospheric pressure, but against regular shinobi unfamiliar with life in the Hidden Cloud Village, they could potentially suffocate if the clouds are not dispersed within 5 turns. Like the Hidden Mist counterpart, the clouds are made up of the users chakra, making it impossible for Sharingan users to effectively use their sharingan in the Hidden Clouds.

Description: The user holds out his left arm in front of him as if he is holding a bow and creates a lightning-drawn bow and draws back the right arm by his head, while creating a lightning bolt arrow. The bow and arrow are completely made of lightning. The user then adds a small bit of fire chakra to the bolt, increasing it's burning capabilities. The user then releases said arrow at the target. The bolt follows the enemy’s body heat (like a heat-sensing tracker). Once it has caught up to the body of the enemy, the bolts then begin to circle around the enemy's body in a spiraling fashion from the ankles up, wrapping the enemy up, and binding him, electrocuting him/her.
*Useable twice per battle*
*User cannot use fire nor lightning jutsus A-rank and above next turn*
*Can only follow the enemy for one turn before being destroyed*

Actually, i'd like to use 2nd Mizukage. On my sig as well.
As the 2nd Mizukage watches his opponent standing casually a few meters away from him, clouds begin to appear in the battlefield. They settle in slowly when he realized that the clouds were no ordinary clouds when he was having a harder time breathing. He no longer had his sight on his opponent. Crap, where did he go?! Alarmed, the kage thought of repelling the thick clouds that covered the battlefield first. He performed a single handseal and took a large amount of wind chakra in his left palm. Afterwards, he released it throughout the entire terrain, creating strong gusts of winds that repel the clouds.
Once his vision was cleared, he sees his opponent with a bow that was not made from an arrow but from an element. Without hesitation, the 2nd Mizukage gathered water chakra in his lungs and released it via his mouth. The water he expelled is shaped into a dense torrent of water around him. He protects himself from the arrow while the defenses of it were broken after it pierced the water, causing the Mizukage to stop expelling water.

Just gonna say sorry ahead of time for my seemingly short replies. They'll pick up eventually as the battle goes on.
Oh and btw, you could've used the wind to cancel out my arrow.
Watching as the wind picks up, then goes away, the water comes, and disperses the arrow, Ichigo is amused at the opportunities he was given to strike. But he decided to wait and follow his typical do nothing routine. Ichigo notes the oncoming water attack along side the kunai that rides with it and decides to extend both of his arms(As if he was saying come at me bro) and activates both of the absorption marks on his hands which causes the water to fly towards Ichigo's absorption mark where they are absorbed into nothingness. The sudden shift of momentum would render the kunai usless as it falls down to the ground helplessly.

Description:
The user will spread his arms to the sides and point his palms outwards, activating his absorption squares in both his hand markings. As he does, a radial vortex-like effect is creating towards each hand. By doing this, the user is able to defend from attacks (following the elemental weaknesses and strengths of the KG) that are thrown at him from all directions, as the vortexes will direct them to the markings. However, if the user fails to keep both arms and markings perfectly opposed to each other, the vortexes will become unstable and fail.

The 2nd Mizukage performs a single handseal while his opponent was occupied with absorbing the water technique that he released earlier. After preforming the handseal, he sends earth chakra in the ground beneath Ichigo and creates a spinning motion. He shapes a hole to be a meter behind Ichigo while the sides of the hole moves inwards, sucking Ichigo inside and eventually suffocated.
"Now to make sure you don't escape..." The Kage transitioned into the Snake handseal and sends his chakra into the air directly above his opponent who was being sucked into the pit. He summons a large and solid lid so if Ichigo was not sucked in, the force the lid creates after falling on Ichigo should cause some damage.
"Counting to five? Hm, pathetic."

As the ground below starts to sink in Ichigo uses his lightning specialty to quickly send a non concentrated flow of lightning into the ground which nullifies the doton chakra in the ground stopping the ground from sinking in for the moment. Taking advantage of the time Ichigo steps back and then notices a lid dropping down from above. He continues to use his lightning specialty and does so this time by generating lightning in his feet using the earth and uses the lightning to jolt backwards away from the lid just as it's about to land on top of him. He does so to make his opponent believe that he was hit. After concluding his defense Ichigo walks on the lid and stands ontop of it. Looking down towards his opponent.

The four pillars rise up from underneath the lid o-o
Upon seeing Ichigo unharmed and unaffected, Sasuke performs a cloning technique where he creates a clone made purely of lightning but has the exact same physical appearance as the original. The clone performs a some handseals and releases its lightning chakra onto the ground. He uses the chakra in the ground to make four pillar rise all spaced out evenly like a square, but with the sides opened where Sasuke can attack. The four pillars released bolts of lightning that binded his opponent into place.
