There are issues everywhere in these moves.
First off, the move that Bush used against Ciberr after popping up from the Earth probably can not be blocked by a sharp spear because it is a stream of fire, but unless Ciberr aimed it in the middle of the fire, directing the pressure away, then it probably would have been able to. In any case, Ciberr used an A-Rank against C-Rank, so I'll give it to him.
Secondly, you were in short range, Bush, and to take out a lighter to form a wall of flames would take time to defend against the sharp spear. Also, a wall of flames can not block highly concentrated Lightning - it would simply pierce through a weak C-Rank fire wall.
But because Ciberr didn't state where he aimed his Chidori sharp spear...
In any case, Bush, you're most likely dead because you exposed yourself in short range and the Chidori Sharp Spear is almost instantaneous. >.> Though seriously, you guys are fighting in such an odd manner. I suggest wind against lightning or some cheap Ninjutsu tricks.
