lightning element is the manipulation and defining of lightning,also weak against wind and strong against earth. it has very high penetration power and can be used for precision and wide range attacks such as Chidori

Chidori is a close range attack. With not much range. Why is lightning strong against earth, and why is it weak against wind?

cause it grounds and flow through earth while wind is an insulator si it absorbs lighting
