Chuuya is shown to be quite short and has a petite, yet muscular build. He has grey eyes and light brown/orange hair that frames his face, with a longer section that falls just past his left shoulder. He wears a black hat with a red hatband and a thin silver chain that hangs over the brim. His outfit consists of a white button up shirt covered by a charcoal grey vest, a black choker in the style of a pet collar, a black ribbon bolo tie held together with a small silver buckle, an open black cropped jacket with the sleeves rolled up at the elbows, black slacks, a black belt hanging off his right hip and black low-arch shoes. He is almost always seen wearing black gloves. Chuuya also sports an thigh-length black coat with light-coloured lining and lapels that he wears around his shoulders like a cape.
Personality:
Chuuya is hot-headed and quick to act on his temper, but can analyze situations well enough if he is calm and has enough time. He is inclined to taunt other people into a fight with him, because of his confidence in his skills. He can be quite gullible as well, falling for Dazai's tricks most of the time.He has loyalty towards his group and is ready to go far to protect and serve it.He is interested in fashion especially hats.In his leisure time he is really relaxed usually if someone doesn't get on his bad side and loves listening to music and enjoying food.His favorite animals are cats and crows and he lives with several cats.His relationship with his parents is alright in spite of his job.Although he is attractive he hasn't had luck yet with his love life.

基礎的な情報||| Background Info
Chuya was born into Konohagakure's Uchiha clan,his father was an Uchiha police officer.However,his mother was from a village in the land of wind.She came to Konoha after her village came under attack.She became a resident there and met Chuya's father on one of his missions.Chuya was a very talented ninja from an early age and was learning the standard fire release and shurikenjutsu with his clan members.Because his mother was an outsiders they didn't live with the rest of the Uchiha and that way escaped Itachi's massacre of the clan.Fearing that he might come after all Uchiha,they left the village and settled in an unlikely place-Amegakure where Chuya was further trained to become a proper ninja.
In Amegakure he met an annoying peer called Dazai.He constantly got on Chuya's nerves but they worked really well together.One day Dazai and Chuya were approached by a man who wasn't from Amegakure,he offered them money to come work for him,a lot of money.The two accepted the offer and went to a large port in the north.There the man explained that he and his companions were a part of a group called Port Mafia and what they do.Chuya was the kind of person who was immediately into it and Dazai was a strange fellow,seeing Chuya's reaction he accepted the offer as well.And so they were given their own group of men to lead and became senior executives of the Mafia.It was a very prosperous job.Usually it was enough to just frighten people into submission without killing anyone,although they sometimes had to clash with the police force of the city.
Once would earn enough money,Chuya brought some of it to his parents who were still living in Amegakure.The two of them,especially his father weren't too thrilled with Chuya's line of work but they knew it was a job that payed even though it might not be very honorable.They were glad that he was still with Dazai.
Years passed and both Dazai and Chuya rose to the top ranks of the mafia,becoming the right hand of the leader.On one of the missions,Chuya unlocked his Sharingan which then grew in power as time passed and Chuya plans on going back to his father to unlock the full power of his eyes with him.Also his mom promised to teach him her special wind related techniques once he is old enough and he was now,well for some time old enough.Dazai also had an advanced skillset being from the Bartholomew clan of Kirigakure and also being able to manipulate rain.The two stayed good friends even though Dazai was annoying as ever and in recent times seemed to be trying to find a way to die,asking Chuya often about taking their lives together.Yeah,he was creepy,but they worked well together.

Fire Release Like all members of the Uchiha clan,Chuya has been trained in the fire elements since he was a small child and as such has mastered this element to the highest degree and is able to perform all fire techniques with a single hand seal.
Genjutsu With his clan's kekkei genkai being the Sharingan,Chuya was trained well in genjutsu and can perform two illusions within the same timeframe.
Crow Summoning He
has signed the crow summoning contract and can summon them to aid him in combat.The crows have a certain degree of resistance to genjutsu,making them immune to genjutsu which is two or more ranks bellow theirs.He has a standard summoning tattoo on his left wrist and one in case of an emergency under his bottom lip for quick access.

Typhoon Release Chuya's mother possessed this rare element and passed it onto him.
Weapons Chuya carries a variety of weapons. In his ninja pouch, he carries shuriken, kunai, explosive tags, flash and smoke bombs, ninja wire, and all the other items essential for a ninja.He also carries two folded Windmill Shuriken in his backpack.The basic ninja tools are concealed in multiple pockets and pouches located around his waist.On some of the Kunai there already are explosive tags strapped to them.Among other weapons,he has the Black Shapeshifter in sword mode strapped to his side.As an Uchiha he is naturally proficient at shurikenjutsu and so he packs and prepares an ample amount for every battle.
