Chunnin Exam = Method in which Naruto and Sasuke Fight

I'm sure later in the manga it will be explained to each of them that Konoha law requires that one must first become at least a Chunnin before they can become Hokage, hence the battle that will occur between Naruto and Sasuke, since that's their common goal.

The only way I could see that happening is if Sasuke converts again which I really would not like.

I think sasuke's going to die in the war, most likely a sacrifice to save naruto. He will probably realize that naruto is the better choice for hokage. Just my opinion but I really hope it comes true.

I had the same thought as well, but the sometimes you have to use common sense, the abilities of both naruto and sasuke are well beyond that of a chunin and so the fight might really be to see who is better as they have always been rivals, but it makes sense in that the fight between the two never actually happened during the original chunin exams.

I'm pretty sure they wont become chunins. They wont be able to take any of exams because of some mission or the other. And forget about hokage, tsunade is still alive.

u do realize sasuke has different views on what the shinobi world should be like than naruto who strictly wants peace from peace sasuke however wants to do things his way by force and get rid of the bijuu, those differences in opinions would incite a feud between them and neither would let the other's will come to fruition over there's so yes a fight to the death would very much so happen or better yet they will go all out but not kill each other or just like ashura ans indra they will fight and kill each other thus continuing the reincarnation process...they will fight with all their power no holding back

thats because naruto would have lost neg diff...he was suppose to lose to neji neg diff and thats how it was going until the kyuubi empowered him, but sasuke would have clearly defeated naruto at that time, he was just ridiculously faster and as skilled or more skill than neji....
