Staying in character is your way to win. It's an RP tournament after all, it's up to you how you wish to restrict yourself but you read the main rules when you entered.

Custom jutsu(s) and custom element(s) are allowed but aslong as youn stay in character.
You start mid range from each other.
Much like the original Chuunin exams, everything is a surprise and with that, it includes what each ninja can use. All of you are strangers, none of you know the others kgs or abilities. You are strangers, so none of this "knowing you're an uchiha i look at your chin". In this round atleast.
Situation: It's the Ninja world chuunin exams and people have come from all over the world for this Amazing event. The chuunin exams and we've all been training for it. Due to the high number of people taking part, Jiraiya decided it was best to have a knockout round to kick things off. So all students were gathered in the stadium with only the other participants watching. Each match up was chosen randomly and would take part in the chuunin arena where Naruto fought Neji. But what everyone needed to remember, was firstly everyone could see their skills, so what they used to win in this round could be known to all in the next round. Secondly, the chuunin exams some times went on for days, how much time would they have to rest to replenish their chakra?

Description:
The ring of the frost giant king of the north. Its made of a special metal that can channel Water, Wind and Ice chakra. Wielding the ring gives the user greater power for his Water, Wind and Ice jutsu and gives him the unique ability to materialize a weapon made of either one of these elements in the hand the ring is. For example, the user can materialize a hammer, a sword, a whip, a glove, a bow, etc. User must choose which weapon is materialized, and only one weapon may be used per turn.
Abilities:
+5 damage to Wind and Water
+10 damage to Ice
The elemental weapons that can be created are equal to S-Rank elemental jutsu
Restrictions:
Creating the weapons counts as a turn
Weapons maintain themselves until destroyed or released
While wielding an elemental weapon, user can't make hand seals
Weapons can't be thrown but only wielded
Can't channel fire chakra while using elemental weapons
only -Haku Yuki- can use

Vegito, having won the previous chunin exams held in his own village was already sure of his victory in the second one held world wide. The thought of battling people from all over the ninja world excited vegito. Vegito while walking towards the battle field couldn't help but worry his opponent would be to weak and would offer no fun. As vegito arrived he saw a blond man wearing a black robe. However when vegito saw him he was confused of his gender.

So uh...are you a boy or a girl? Doesn't matter either way, because I'm not going to lose to some wannabe.

Vegito done taunting his enemy began hopping from foot to foot while taking practice swings in the air to get his blood pumping and to make himself more lose.

Description: The user jogs in place while punching the air, causing their blood to pump faster making them a little faster and stronger. Because of this early warm-up, the user is also more focused causing their reflexes to sharpen. With this blood pumping sensation, chakra also flows easier and faster, letting the user use jutsus faster.

Vegito then charged at Deidara while focusing his chakra into the sky sky above causing snow to drop upon the battle field, this snow is specail as it allows vegito the ability to sense everything it touches.

Description: The user will make snow to fall from the sky and will use it to sense the opponent�s location. After 3 turns the terrain will be covered by a layer of snow.

As the snow falls Vegito as reached short range and throws three kunai to deidaras left with fake paper bombs attached to two of the kunai and a smoke bomb atatched to the 3rd, the 3rd smoke bomb goes off blocking Deidaras view of Vegito, Vegito however can sense Deidara from the snow and moves in delivering 2 strikes to the throat with his right arm and a knee to the gut with his left leg. Vegito then backflips away to gain distance and throws a rock aimed for deidaras face. (the rock is picked up when my hands make contact with the ground for the backflip)


AT the very least you can help me warm up for future rounds can't you?
