Sasuke beat him before he transformed into the Biju that Shinki doesn't have. Later a weakened Sasuke was defeated by Shikaku Gaara. You're essentially claiming Shinki is Biju level. And like Blaze release said, Chidori owned Gaara who, unlike Shinki, doesn't have a stated weakness specifically against Lightning.

That's true. Sasuke didn't collapse after 3 fireball jutsus like a certain fodder Uchiha. Sasuke's Sharingan also doesn't consume chakra.

Says who? Sasukes lightning attack is more than enough for shinki.

Shinki was able to keep up with Metal Lee speed easily so keeping up with Sasuke who will have same speed for 1 minute is not problem .

Shinki can fly Sasuke can't even reach him like Boruto who used his Boruto stream to launch himself at great speed .Sasuke doesn't have anything like that to launch himself at high speed like Boruto all he has is Lee level of speed which Shinki easily reacts to.

Mitsuki wasn't sure his SM would be enough to defeat him so Sasuke gets wrecked based on feats and portrayal.
