Remember that time when the five kages were fighting madara and ohnoki had this flashback:

You must be registered for see images

Well clearly madara is depicted as a konoha shinobi in this page and his tone is quite harsh
and against hashirama.

BUT

Madara had become a good guy after the creation of the village, and him and hashirama
were back to normal in terms of friendship

Madara only isolated himself from hashirama and the village after he overheard tobirama:

You must be registered for see images

and then this happened:

You must be registered for see images

after which he left the village(note that he did not have the headband in this image.

So the ohnoki flashback does not add up in the chronology of the storyline

....not that it is important anymore

That fight must have happened in between the formation of Konoha and leaving the village .

Yeah I always wondered that too. They were shown fighting alongside each other in a few panels and Madara was wearing the headband then too. But he left really soon after the village was established. It's weird but whatever

No, it's not.

Some time passed between the latter two panels. He heard Tobirama's remarks. He became convinced even more so that Tobirama had his bias towards the Uchiha (which he did) and reflected on this. It caused him to have a negative outlook and he didn't believe Hashirama would help the Uchiha clan politically if Tobirama was around. The panel with Ohnoki evidently occurred during the time he was reflecting (so between Tobirama's remark and Madara's own defection from Konoha).

He was leaving the village and he didn't want any affiliation to konoha.

Manga showed that madara left quite a short time after hashi became hokage, so i dont think that he couldve gone on any missions for konoho. Plus madara had nothing against hashirama

It happened before he left and fell out with Hashirama completely. This happens in between the time he left, and when he overheard Tobirama, so basically the pages in chronological order would be this:

You must be registered for see images

You must be registered for see images

Please Show me a proof Madara left in short time ?

The village was getting rebuild and forming Allies with Stones . Madara betrayed them calling allies was just a truce because he thought hashirama is playing under Tobirama's hands and didnt trust him.

why is his tone harsh against hashirama in the flashback, hashi was defending him in the talk with tobirama. Madara had no personal grudge against hashirama, he just had his goal which he wanted to fulfill thats why he left the village

i dont think it was such a great chronological mistake on the other hand when we saw obito´s flashback and minato´s face was already carved on the hokages mountain that was a big mistake

The Mistakes Kishimoto made are :

Kakashi's Age when he became Chuunin he said he became chuunin at age 6 but manga shows 12

Hashirama's jutsu to Sasuke

No, it was actually a while. The Alliance was in effect for quite some time and even when they were about to choose the Hokage, clans were still being integrated into the village.

Madara definitely did go on missions for Konoha. He's the cofounder, he's certainly not absolved from this.

Madara believed Hashirama's way was wrong and that the ideal of "If my own child, wife, or best friend went against the village and threatened the peace... I wouldn't hesitate to strike them down" would only bring its own destruction. Madara also told Hashirama that he had no hope and believed that once Tobirama became Hokage, the Uchiha clan's hope would end and they be eliminated. He had quite a few things against Hashirama, the attitude fits perfectly. He was also jealous of his strength for quite some time.

The Mistakes Kishimoto made are :

Kakashi's Age when he became Chuunin he said he became chuunin at age 6 but manga shows 12

Hashirama's jutsu to Sasuke

Those aren't mistakes.

He was shown to be a jounin at age 12. We never see Kakashi as a chuunin or six year old.

Hashirama's jutsu to Sasuke wasn't a mistake. Just a troll to rile up the fandom and nothing more.

Because Hashirama became Hokage instead of him, and his clan's trust were fading from him to Hashirama.
