I cleared my cache and all that extra BS and I use chrome for Narutobase on my home computer... Im not sure whats up....
even uninstalled chrome and installed it again, but it's still not working >_>

Did you bother to ask in the IT section of NB? I am sure you know that there are people there who can help you better than asking us in this section. Not to be mean but you have been here a while so you should have known that already. But to stay on topic, yes, the same has been happening to me but I don't really give it much importance because it doesn't affect my whole experience on NB. It does it with other sites I visit which means this problem is coming from your browser not from NB. WHat most people do in this situation if clearing your cache and cookies is to downgrade to a previous version. Usually the version you update to has bugs that are being worked on. But it works like NB report system, they can't improve it/fix it if people don't report about it. So if conventional methods don't work for you then you might have to look into downgrading your version or using a new browser.

NB is also slow for me on Google Chrome. All the other pages work fine. Send a pm to Zise as he stated in another thread. I just did.

For OP you should run a program like malwarebytes or something similar cause it sounds like you have some type of malware on your computer. Also please use the right section for questions like this, as it's highly likely not our site that have caused your browser to crash.

For everyone else that have had problems today on NB, the site have been very slow because we had about 10000 people continuously refreshing the page to see if the manga was released, and this slowed down our site and generated some of these db error messages and for the forum to appear slow or not loading at all at times, I hope you all understand.

We will look into some of the servers that seems to have been slow lately, and see whats up with that as well.

tbh I was gonna post it in that section but It works with the rest of my browsers (Firefox/IE) on the same computer so dunno.

It works perfectly fine for me and plenty of others with chrome, so it's clearly something with your computer/chrome so as said before I think you should check your computer for malware, as such can affect specific programs or in this case browser.
