Its not that important but we never seen kawa's face we just know he is dead and that he is obviously hashi's tobi's and itama's brother being as madar said his brothers were killed by senjus and next to hashis head we see two of his brothers faces

now seeing how that person has a scar on their right cheek it could kawa or tobi before he puts that protective face gear on and from this we know that he is 7 yrs old

I think it is Kawarama. Meaning that Hashirama had 3 brothers.

I think that might be Kawarama.

The scar seems to stretch across his cheek, underneath his eye and ends by his nose. Tobirama's mask doesn't cover under his eyes, and yet we don't see any scar across his right cheek.
