no concentrate all of the chakra wings into your right fist, I mean ALL of it. Is the last jutsu of the akimichi. It can be done only when the effects of the pills are waning.
Now, in a fist concentrate all of your new and overflowing chakra and smash you punch onto that kankuro dummy.

at least you managed to learn all of the akimichi jutsus if you not mistaken. But before you may have a canon set of pills, you must fight somebody and apply akimichi jutsus to their fullest. Just use them well in battle and they are all yours.
