Minato Namikaze,because if people would choose Itachi/Madara/Obito etc...they are specialized in doujutsu,or Uchiha tech's.

You guys should chose on skill and array of Ninjutsu, not sheer power.

People like Itachi, any Hokage, Jiraiya, and other skilled shinobi, i guess naruto doesnt fit there, he is badass and strong as hell, but skilled is not something i would describe him, in the area on ninjutsu
