why are you asking guys what clothes they find sexy on men? shouldnt you ask women? 
the things you listed all kinda depend on the type of guy. some guys suit overcoat really well, others just look stupid in it. same goes for suit tuxedo, although i think that there are more people who look good in that than in an overcoat, so i'd generally go with that.
commando style looks in my eyes just retarded on almost anybody. completely lacks elegance.

there are girls who like the muscle man, and commando emphasizes that. but as i said, it's not good-looking but primitive in my eyes. it prioritises power over elegance.
i didnt flame, i just honestly answered, i said that suit tuxedo suits most best from the possibilities you gave.
apart from that i'd always ask a girl weather i look good instead of asking a man, since first it is supposed to attract them not men and second they just much more care.
i think that it's hard to generalize good looks, since body-build and personal style play a major role in that. i personally like something elegant old fashioned with a long collar, but some muscle body just wont look good in it.
regarding coolness if you have somebody who can wear something like that overcoat pawnes suit tuxedo all day but it is mainly cool, not sexy. it's distanced.

i meant instead of a man, i mistyped and in my language in that construction they share the same meaning.
it wasnt meant to be harsh and i didnt want to hurt anybody. it's just that men around me first dont care and second would think i could be gay if i asked them, so i may not be used to that kind of question. i even put a smiley behind it to take the edge from it, sadly the smiley didnt smile as intended xd : P is usually more like ;P (like in skype) instead of >:-(
then we mean the same thing. both's cloth are old fashioned, with long collars. but just imagine a sylvester stallone in that clothing, it would look awkward. apart from that especially lelouch looks good and cool, but would you ask that guy for a date? i think he has a cool, distanced elegance, not a sexy elegance. same goes for rai and alucard. both kinda stand above the humans and their looks emphasizes that.

i guess suit since thats what i always wear for "special" events and im not a military dude so don't like the commando style. but yeah depends on who wears it just like normal clothes on guys or girls.
