Honestly I wouldn't chose any of these guys my choices would be:

1) Hiruzen Sarutobi- Given his moniker "God of Shinobi" and his impressive track record for producing skilled students I think Hiruzen would be an excellent Mentor/master. He possess no known Kekkei Genkai and he has no modifications to his body so IMO he is a master that you truly inherit the most from (given that you have some measure of talent)

2) 3rd RaiKage (I would love to have the secrets of "Black Lightning" passed on to me by the 3rd Raikage in addition to possibly learning how to use the "Hell Stab" or his legendary durability.

3)Ay- I would love to learn Nintaijutsu from Ay

4) Ohnoki- Since the secrets of Particle Style can apparently be passed down I would live to have them passed right down to me.

5) 2nd Mizukage- If I were a "Yin Style" Shinobi then The 2nd Mizukage is the perfect Shinobi to learn from.
