I personally favor Suigetsu but in the end I believe Chojuro to be a more superior ninja and would win.

I think they are pretty equal. Suigetsu is a bit ******y character and Chojuro is a wuss... but I vote for Chojuro
Chojuro's skills: a member of Kirigakure's Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist and wields the twin sword: Hiramekarei.Despite his membership in the elite Seven Swordsmen group, he is shy and seems to lack confidence in his abilities.Despite his meek demeanour, Chōjūrō is a capable ninja, whose skills made him a member of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, a group made of Kirigakure's strongest swordsmen. The fact that he was chosen as one of the bodyguards for the Fifth Mizukage during the Kage Summit implies that he is quite powerful.Chōjūrō wields a dual-handled sword called Hiramekarei, that is linked together at the handles by a chain. When released from its bandages, it releases chakra that can be shaped in to weapons such as an enormous hammer, or by storing a larger amount of chakra in Hiramekarei, he can build up a great deal of power to create a massive sword in an instant.
Suigetsu's Skills : Suigetsu is arguably quite powerful, or at least very confident in his abilities, since he has threatened Sasuke on more than one occasion. Kisame has noted him to be a child prodigy in the art of murder, and that he is practically the reincarnation of Zabuza. Sasuke has noted, however, that he isn't strong enough to beat Kisame yet.As a member of the Hōzuki clan, Suigetsu is well versed in the clan's secret techniques. Suigetsu is able to transform his body into a liquid form, and to return to his solid bodily form at will. This ability also allows him to change his body shape, giving him the ability to increase the size of his limbs, thus proportionally increasing his strength if necessary.From his training days with the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, Suigetsu is quite adept at wielding Zabuza Momochi's Kubikiri. Suigetsu sucks he couldn't hold his own against Darui and Him and CS Guy couldn't even beat up a bunch of Samurai to escape....I'm going with Chojuro he's displayed better use with his sword that he was trained for.....So far his feats are duel attack with Mizukage against Sasuke it was Succesful and cutting down Black Zetsu it was SUccesful.....Suigestsu has squat!

Well compared to his brother, suigetsu has a lot to learn. But in this fight i would still think he would win.
