Chojuro vs Suigetsu

So far it points towards suigetsu mostly due to his liquid technique making physical attacks become ineffective. Until we learn more about chojuro and his sword it will be a bit hard to decide.

Chojuru has more experience. I forget about long Suigetsu was imprisoned, but Chojuro's likely been training with his Hiramekarei longer than Suigetsu's been training with his Kubikiribocho. The fact that he was chosen as one of the Mizukage's body guards isn't something to be overseen either

Until I know more about Chojuro,I'll give this to Suigetsu.

I'm leaning towards Chojuro. Sure, Suigetsu can dodge his physical swings by turning into water, but what new types of jutsu does Chojuro have? Plus, his sword emits chakra that can be used to hit Suigetsu, even in his water form, possibly even using it along with a jutsu to capture him.
