30m? Mei activates acidic mist then prepares to fire a barrage of youton at him until either the mist kills him or he gets melted.

Projectile attacks are ripped through by Hiramekarei's shockwave attack, she obviously doesn't stand a chance in direct close combat and they are both adept at the Hidden Mist, him moreso since he's one of the Seven Swordsman. The only issue is Acid Mist, but as long as he stays out of range and attacks from a distance he can win.
