I dont think that Kirigakure would let some total noob to use one of their greatest weapons. Chojuro is more skilled and experienced than any fodder, even though his young age, but then again I dont think he would be able to beat 50 of them.

But who are the other six? One is a rogue Kisame out of the six,who was about to die or dead at the time we seen Chojuro.

So they probable had to give the remaining one sword to someone(chojuro) and he was it. Plus that sword Chojuro has and Samehada sword Kisame held was the only ones not summon when the seven swordsmen reappeared. Meaning the last five swords men never passed on their swords and one was taken by force by kisame so that means they probable died in battle with them.

Last thing his swords isn't the best of the ones we seen. So with the one he has, he really need skills to use it.

His skills are not matching Mifune.

We are talking about one of five biggest ninja villages here, so no, they wouldnt let some noob to use of of their greatest weapons. Chojuro is definietly more experienced and skilled than any fodder, since he just had to be a Jounin to receive it. As for Mifune, we are not talking about him, we are talking about 50 fodder somurais.

I dunno when you compared Chojuro to lets say the k11. The lower K11 has a chance to beat Chojuro... That is pretty much a weak fighter. A little above a fodder
