Looks: Chojiro can always be seen in a black and white robe, his sword attached to his right hip for easy access. Chojiro himself dawn's a full head of white hair , slightly bronzed skin and yellow eyes that convey a sense of seriousness about him.

• Hastened Elements (Storm)
  The user’s primary element has quicker speed than normal, moving faster than other users of the same field. This allows a field he specializes in to move at 2 base speed levels higher than normal. This only applies to fields enhanced via Single Handseal, Sourceless Materializing, Sustainment, Increased Elemental, and/or Apex Handseal Specialties. Note: Requires 3 AP to purchase per bio.
• Primary Crafting Expert:
  The user is able to create attachments for his Items, allowing him to craft ores and other materials. These ores and materials can be added to items passively, counting as a Bonus Perk. This bonus perk cannot grant additional damage or increase speed by higher than allowed. Merchants are also able to use this to upgrade their S ranked Supplies into Forbidden Rank. These Forbidden ranked items are able to have 2 Combat perks, with slightly higher benefits but cannot debuff and Boost at the same time
• Advanced Tracking Specialist
  Your tracking capabilities become more advanced, allowing you to have x2 tracking speeds. This allows him to physically track faster movement without chakra sensory.
  Note: Requires at least 4 in DEX
• Sustainment Specialist (Storm)
  You can sustain creations and Jutsu of a field without limiting yourself, such as the use of S rank Earth Golem and allowing it to exist without sustaining it via chakra per turn. This is done by adding 1 handseal to the necessary total. This can be applied towards Elemental Jutsu, Adavnced Ninjutsu, as well as other fields one can specialize in where logical.

The storm chakra circulating through the weapon allows the blade to absorb chakra up to the rank of the blade. This does not count as a usage of the blade. Description: A sheath built in shape to hold a katana it's visual colors are blue and black spanning multiple flowing lightning streaks from its storm chakra infusion. The sheaths materials are infused with storm chakra upon it's creation allowing it to passively absorb -10 chakra of techniques or opponents it comes into contact with, This does not count as an activation of the sheath (Can only store up to A rank chakra at a time). Held chakra within the sheath can be used to create or boost other storm related jutsu by a maximum of +10 chakra, this boost can only be applied to a single storm technique and lasts for 1 turn

Two problems with your usage of the Single Handseal Specialist. First of all, Mysterious Peacock Method isn't an Elemental skill, it's a Hidden Ability. The specialty clearly states that it can only be used on Elements, meaning the Basic 5, Advanced Elements and Custom Elements.

Second, and in my opinion less important but very funny issue, the word "seal" in regards to hand signs comes up in the MPM Jutsu list exactly once, in the Mysterious Peacock technique itself. It states that it takes a single seal to activate it. You're applying a specialty that reduces it to a single handseal, meaning you achieve exactly nothing with this. Even if the intent is to have single seals for Customs, that doesn't change the first issue about this not being an Elemental field. Change the specialty or at least give it a valid field, then @ me, and I'll check it again. Otherwise, looks good.
