Imo choji would win mid diff because:
-Choji can use his multi-size techniques
-Choji has his butterfly mode which makes him faster and stronger

Its after his fight with asuma when he had confidence in himself. Choji has already shown that he is easily able to defeat sai's lions.

Imo Sai wins. But Chouji has lot of advantage with his hand to hand combat which can destroy all ink monsters.

Pretty difficult to choose one. One is a close range fighter (Chouji, I believe), and the other one is a long range fighter. So if I give an opinion is that in order of what I've seen in Narutoverse is that a close range fighter has less posibilities of winning against a long range fighter.
